These terms set out are subject to change or update at any time – so please check the terms each time you make an order.

Online Orders

For any web orders made for ‘In-Stock’ items please allow up to 2 working days for a confirmation email that your item/s have been posted, (but in most cases it will be next working day).

Bespoke Orders 

For any bespoke items that are ordered, you should expect a confirmation email within 2 working days of ordering and making payment.  Any further details needed to create & make your item/s will be asked for then.

Current Lead times are: within 3 weeks

LBC will always try and meet your expectations so please do contact us before ordering a bespoke item if you require it earlier than the lead times.  If ordering near the Christmas Holidays please allow longer and check the final Christmas ordering dates.

For bespoke products, please make sure that all the personalised detail you supply is correct.  LBC do their best to ensure that all products made and supplied exceed expectations, however if there are errors with the detail we receive we are unable to offer refunds. The responsibility lies with the customer to supply all the correct details with the order.


To return a Bespoke Item:

No returns or refunds will be accepted on bespoke items unless the mistake is ours, so please when ordering check all the details you supply carefully.

The returns policy expires 14 days after the product has been received. If 14 days have expired, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.  Proof of purchase is also required for any refund.

To return an in-stock item:

We will only accept returns if the item is faulty, unused and in the original packaging.  Please do email your Proof of Purchase (which is required) and Reason for return to info@littlebowcottage.co.uk and we can start the returns process.

We always try to protect your personal data and this privacy statement is here to help you understand what we may do with any information you tell us about.  You can access our website home page and browse our site without disclosing your personal data, but if you do give us your personal details, you are accepting these terms. If you do not agree with this privacy statement, do not give us your details.

Types of data we collect

When someone visits littlebowcottage.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

If you want to buy things from us, you will need to enter personal details into our site. Making a purchase involves you giving us the following information:

• Contact phone number and e-mail addresses

Creating an account enables you to save baskets, order history and speeds up the ordering process; however, you do not have to create an account.

If you give us your details and then decide you do not want us to hold them anymore, you can request we remove all your details by emailing us at info@littlebowcottage.co.uk.

How we will use your details

We will use your personal information to fulfill your orders, such as sending a confirmation email, and dispatch confirmation, or we might give your details to our carrier if they deliver on our behalf.

Unless we are required to share your personal data by law, we will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide us without your consent.

How we use emails

If you register to receive email updates and offers, from time to time, we will send you Little Bow Cottage emails. These emails will inform you of new product launches, or special offers. You will not be “spammed” through having registered with Little Bow Cottage. As part of the registration process for our e-newsletter (currently not distributed), we collect and store you first name and email address.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice.

If you currently receive our emails and do not wish to continue receiving them, you may unsubscribe at any time, by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the e-mail you’ve received or by emailing info@littlebowcottage.co.uk.
